Si tu hijo es cel\u00edaco pod\u00e9is elaborar vuestros propios postres con harina de ma\u00edz y os quedar\u00e1n igual de deliciosos.<\/p>\n<p>La harina de ma\u00edz posee grandes propiedades nutritivas y es un sustituto saludable para la harina de trigo. El aporte cal\u00f3rico de ambas es similar, sin embargo, la harina de ma\u00edz es m\u00e1s rica en \u00e1cidos grasos poliinsaturados, fibra y vitaminas del grupo B. Su color amarillo se debe a su contenido en carotenos (elementos antioxidantes).<br \/>\nA continuaci\u00f3n aparecen diferentes recetas de postres que podr\u00e1n saborear todos los miembros de la familia.<\/p>\n<p><b>BIZCOCHO CASERO DE COCO SIN GLUTEN.<\/b><br \/>\nINGREDIENTES:<br \/>\n3 huevos, 1 yogur con aroma de coco, 1 vaso (de yogur) de aceite de oliva o girasol, 3 vasos (de yogur) de az\u00facar, 3 vasos (de yogur) de harina sin gluten (de ma\u00edz) y 1 cucharadita de bicarbonato s\u00f3dico.<\/p>\n<p>PREPARACI\u00d3N:<br \/>\nPrecalienta el horno a 180 \u00baC. Bate los huevos en un recipiente y a\u00f1ade el az\u00facar y el yogur con aroma a coco. M\u00e9zclalo todo bien. A continuaci\u00f3n, incorpora el bicarbonato de sodio, el aceite vegetal, y por \u00faltimo, la harina sin gluten (de ma\u00edz). B\u00e1telo bien sin que queden grumos. Seguidamente, vierte la mezcla en un molde untado con un poquito de mantequilla. Col\u00f3calo en el horno ya caliente a una temperatura de 170 \u00baC durante aproximadamente media hora. Cuando lo saques del horno espolvor\u00e9alo con az\u00facar glas\u00e9 para decorarlo.<\/p>\n<p>Consejo: si se separan las claras de las yemas, se baten a punto de nieve y se incorporan al final de la mezcla, el bizcocho ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s esponjoso.<\/p>\n<p><b>MAGDALENAS CASERAS SIN GLUTEN.<\/b><br \/>\nINGREDIENTES:<br \/>\n3 huevos, 150 gramos de az\u00facar integral, 50 cc de leche, 100 cc de aceite de oliva, la ralladura de lim\u00f3n, 150 gramos de harina sin gluten (de ma\u00edz) y 2 cucharaditas rasas de levadura en polvo.<\/p>\n<p>PREPARACI\u00d3N:<br \/>\nBate los huevos con el az\u00facar integral hasta que incrementen el doble de su volumen. A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1ade la leche, el aceite de oliva y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n. M\u00e9zclalo bien e incorpora suavemente la harina junto a la levadura tamizadas. Rellena las 3\/4 partes de los moldes y cuece en el horno precalentado a 200 \u00baC durante un cuarto de hora.
