Te contamos por qu\u00e9: Los d\u00e1tiles son energ\u00e9ticos por su fructosa natural. Nos ofrecen energ\u00eda r\u00e1pidamente. Adem\u00e1s al incluir en la receta un poco de harina (de avena o ma\u00edz, para evitar el gluten) tambi\u00e9n podremos aprovechar los carbohidratos de absorci\u00f3n lenta que nos proporcionar\u00e1n energ\u00eda durante una mayor duraci\u00f3n. El bicarbonato y el jengibre las hacen muy digestivas.<\/p>\n<p>Pensamos que\u00a0esta receta de <strong>bolas de d\u00e1til<\/strong> es de dificultad media. Con las siguientes cantidades dar\u00eda para dos raciones y tardar\u00edas una hora en prepararlas.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>D\u00e1til<\/strong> medjoul: 250 g.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bicarbonato<\/strong> en polvo: 1 cucharada de postre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Aceite<\/strong> de oliva virgen extra: 125 g.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Agua<\/strong>: Medio vaso.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Jengibre<\/strong> en polvo: 1\/2 cucharada de postre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Canela<\/strong> en polvo: 1 cucharada de postre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Huevos<\/strong>: 2<\/li>\n<li><strong>Harina<\/strong> (de Avena o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/diatradisson.com\/producto\/harina-de-maiz\/\" target=\"_blank\">de Ma\u00edz<\/a><\/strong>): 250 g.<\/li>\n<li>(Opcional): Coco rallado.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3n de las <strong>Bolas de D\u00e1til<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Precalentamos el horno a 180 \u00baC.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos agua a hervir en una cazuela peque\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando est\u00e9 hirviendo le a\u00f1adimos los d\u00e1tiles y el bicarbonato.<\/li>\n<li>En un bol batimos el az\u00facar con el aceite, la canela, el jengibre y un huevo.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez est\u00e9 homog\u00e9nea la mezcla anterior, a\u00f1adimos otro huevo y volvemos a batir.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando tengamos una textura cremosa, a\u00f1adimos la harina pasada por un colador fino.<\/li>\n<li>Retiramos los d\u00e1tiles del agua hirviendo y trituramos junto al mismo agua.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos los d\u00e1tiles triturados a la mezcla.<\/li>\n<li>Batimos todo junto y cuando est\u00e9 bien mezclado lo volcamos en moldes de pastelitos untados de aceite y con papel vegetal.<\/li>\n<li>Hornear durante 30-40 minutos hasta que al pincharlo salga el palillo seco.<\/li>\n<li>Podr\u00edas a\u00f1adir coco rallado por encima.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u00a1Y ya est\u00e1 listo para tomar!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Estas bolas de d\u00e1til son ideales mientras haces actividad f\u00edsica.
