Es un ingrediente muy vers\u00e1til en la cocina ya que nos permite cocinarlo en grano entero, o en su harina.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy os presentamos un pan r\u00e1pido de de preparar y result\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de completamente <em>gluten free<\/em>. Estas cantidades sirven para preparar 2 raciones en unos 40 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>40 g. Harina de trigo sarraceno.<\/li>\n<li>20 g. Kuzu.<\/li>\n<li>60 ml. Agua.<\/li>\n<li>5 g. Sal.<\/li>\n<li>20 ml. Aceite de oliva.<\/li>\n<li>2 Ciruelas o pasas semi deshidratadas.<\/li>\n<li>5 g. Levadura en polvo.<\/li>\n<li>2 nueces.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Elaboraci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mezclamos bien todos los alimentos secos (trigo sarraceno, kuzu, sal y levadura impulsora).<\/li>\n<li>Mezclamos los l\u00edquidos (aceite y agua).<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos a los l\u00edquidos las nueces y las pasas deshidratadas troceadas peque\u00f1as.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos los s\u00f3lidos al l\u00edquido y mezclamos con cuidado.<\/li>\n<li>Dejamos reposar unos minutos para que absorva toda la humedad.<\/li>\n<li>Lo decoramos con semillas o especias (opcional).<\/li>\n<li>Lo horneamos a 200\u00ba durante 15 o 20 minutos.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Alforf\u00f3n o trigo sarraceno, es pseudocereal tan desconocido pero tan interesante por sus propiedades nutricionales como tambi\u00e9n por ser una opci\u00f3n genial para las personas que no quieren o pueden consumir gluten.
