Es vegana, sin gl\u00faten y s\u00f3lo lleva un poco de sirope de agave como endulzante natural.<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes para la base:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>30 g de aceite de coco, m\u00e1s extra para engrasar<\/li>\n<li>100 g de almendras blanqueadas<\/li>\n<li>100g de d\u00e1tiles sin hueso<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para la cobertura<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>300 g de anacardos<\/li>\n<li>2 \u00bd cucharadas de jarabe de agave<\/li>\n<li>50 g de aceite de coco<\/li>\n<li>150 ml de leche de almendras<\/li>\n<li>2 limones rallados y exprimidos (ralladura de 2 limones y zumo de 2 limones)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>En un taz\u00f3n o bol coloca los anacardos y cubre los con agua hirviendo, d\u00e9jalos 1 hora en remojo.<\/li>\n<li>Tritura en un procesador de alimentos los ingredientes de la base de la tarta con una pizca de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Utiliza papel\u00a0 vegetal o aceite de coco para engrasar o cubrir un molde de 23 cms aproximadamente.<\/li>\n<li>Coloca la mezcla de la base en el molde presionando bien con los dedos.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9jalo un m\u00ednimo de 30 minutos en la nevera.<\/li>\n<li>Seca\u00a0los anacardos y v\u00e9rtelos\u00a0 en el procesador de alimentos limpio.<\/li>\n<li>Agrega todos los ingredientes de cobertura restantes pero guarda una cuarta parte de la ralladura de lim\u00f3n en papel de cocina h\u00famedo para servir, luego mezcla hasta que est\u00e9 suave.<\/li>\n<li>Con una cuchara, col\u00f3calo en la base y\u00a0vuelve a ponerlo\u00a0en la nevera para que se seque por completo (aproximadamente 2 horas).<\/li>\n<li>Justo antes de servir, esparce por encima el resto de la\u00a0 ralladura de lim\u00f3n .<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Disfruta de esta receta tan sencilla de preparar apta para todos los paladares !!!!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cocina f\u00e1cil y \u00abfree from\u00bb Una tarta deliciosa y sin necesidad de horneado.
