Esc\u00farrelas y saca el agua.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A continuaci\u00f3n, vierte agua caliente sobre los tomates secos y d\u00e9jalos reposar durante 20 minutos m\u00e1s o menos, hasta que se hayan ablandado. Esc\u00farrelos, reservando el l\u00edquido, p\u00edcalos y res\u00e9rvalos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coloca todos los ingredientes en un procesador de alimentos y m\u00e9zclalo hasta obtener la consistencia deseada. Para obtener una textura m\u00e1s cremosa, a\u00f1ade el l\u00edquido del remojo de los tomates (unas 4 o 5 cucharadas de l\u00edquido en total).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a1Ya est\u00e1 listo para servir y disfrutar! \u00a1Puede conservarse en un recipiente herm\u00e9tico en el refrigerador hasta 7 d\u00edas!<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"2\">\n<li><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dip Fresco de Yogurt<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>2 Dientes de ajo medianos machacados<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de sal fina de mar<\/li>\n<li>2 tazas 500 ml \u200b\u200bde yogur griego<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de eneldo fresco picado<\/li>\n<li>1 docena de hojas de menta fresca, picada<\/li>\n<li>1 pepino mediano, sin semillas y picado finamente<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra a gusto<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 taza de nueces tostadas<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de ar\u00e1ndanos secos picados<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Une los ajos machacados con la sal y en un taz\u00f3n peque\u00f1o combina la pasta de ajo con el yogur, el eneldo y menta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ahora c\u00fabrelo y refrig\u00e9ralo media hora para que est\u00e9 fresco.\u00a0 A continuaci\u00f3n agrega el pepino y m\u00e1s sal si es necesario.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Coloca la mezcla en tu plato favorito y s\u00edrvela rociada con aceite de oliva, salpicada con las nueces y ar\u00e1ndanos secos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a1A disfrutarlo!<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\" start=\"3\">\n<li><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Dip de aguacate y salm\u00f3n<\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Ingredientes:<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>1 aguacate maduro<\/li>\n<li>170gms de salm\u00f3n ahumado<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharaditas de eneldo fresco<\/li>\n<li>Zumo de 1 lim\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva virgen extra \u00f3 aceite de coco<\/li>\n<li>Sal a gusto.<\/li>\n<li>1 cdta. de s\u00e9samo negro\u00a0 para decorar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Moler con un tenedor el aguacate hasta obtener una pasta, y cortar el salm\u00f3n lo m\u00e1s fino y peque\u00f1o posible, a parte.
