Con esta receta puedes preparar de forma sencilla 7 barritas en unos 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>Nos aportan los carbohidratos complejos necesarios para rellenar nuestras reservas energ\u00e9ticas y poder mantener una glucemia optima durante el ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>Las avellanas y el chocolate son una fuente de grasas saludables, Magnesio, Manganeso y F\u00f3sforo. Este \u00faltimo mineral es imprescindible para un adecuado crecimiento de huesos y dientes.<\/p>\n<p>Si quien las vaya a tomar tiene intolerancia o alergia al gluten es conveniente utilizar s\u00f3lo los cereales que no contienen esta prote\u00edna, como el arroz o el mijo y que tambi\u00e9n se comercializan en copos.<\/p>\n<p>Atenci\u00f3n con la cocci\u00f3n, porque si se cuecen demasiado quedar\u00e1n demasiado duras.<\/p>\n<p>Es normal que cuando salgan del horno est\u00e9n blandas, esp\u00e9rate a que se enfr\u00eden para manipularlas.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes para preparar barritas de cereales caseras<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 huevos batidos.<\/li>\n<li>25 g. de aceite.<\/li>\n<li>Media cucharadita (de postre) de sal.<\/li>\n<li>Medio vaso de harina.<\/li>\n<li>2 cucharadas (soperas) de az\u00facar integral de ca\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<li>Un cuarto de vaso de perlas de chocolate.<\/li>\n<li>Medio vaso de\u00a0avellanas.<\/li>\n<li>1 vaso de copos de cereales variados (por ejemplo <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/diatradisson.com\/producto\/copos-de-avena\/#0\" target=\"_blank\">copos de avena<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0o <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/diatradisson.com\/producto\/copos-6-cereales\/#0\" target=\"_blank\">copos de 6 cereales<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0de Diet R\u00e1disson).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Receta de barritas de cereales caseras<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Calentamos el horno a 170 grados.<\/li>\n<li>Batir dos huevos y a\u00f1adimos aceite.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos la harina, la sal y el az\u00facar y lo mezclamos todo hasta que quede una masa bien ligada y homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n<li>Troceamos las avellanas con una mano de mortero.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos las perlitas de chocolate y los trozos de avellana.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos los cereales y removemos bien.<\/li>\n<li>Engrasamos o forramos de papel de horno, un molde de unos 14x21cm.<\/li>\n<li>Extendemos la mezcla hasta que quede un espesor de unos 2,5cm aproximadamente.<\/li>\n<li>Presionamos bien para que no queden huecos entre ellos.<\/li>\n<li>Vigilamos que la superficie sea plana para que se cueza de manera uniforme.<\/li>\n<li>Cocer en el horno unos 20min.<\/li>\n<li>Dejar enfriar y retirar el molde.<\/li>\n<li>Cortar con un cuchillo de sierra en forma de barritas.<\/li>\n<li>Envolver individualmente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Estas barritas de cereales son ideales para llevar y para comer antes o durante la actividad f\u00edsica.
