Consumir la cantidad de <strong>prote\u00edna<\/strong> que el cuerpo necesita para reparar los da\u00f1os corporales del ejercicio es esencial para disminuir la sensaci\u00f3n de fatiga, evitar pr\u00f3ximas lesiones o hipertrofiar correctamente el m\u00fasculo. Este batido es de\u00a0<strong>absorci\u00f3n r\u00e1pida<\/strong> y nos permite recomponernos:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Pl\u00e1tano.<\/li>\n<li>150 g. de fresas.<\/li>\n<li>2 yogures de soja.<\/li>\n<li>5 g. de <a href=\"https:\/\/diatradisson.com\/producto\/semillas-chia-biologicas\/#0\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>semillas de ch\u00eda de Diet R\u00e1disson<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>2 g. de canela en polvo.<\/li>\n<li>Coco rallado (al gusto).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3n<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Poner en remojo las semillas de ch\u00eda con la leche de arroz.<\/li>\n<li>Lavar, pelar y trocear la fruta.<\/li>\n<li>Tirar todos los ingredientes en una batidora de vaso o en un cuenco para triturar con el brazo batidor.<\/li>\n<li>Batir durante unos minutos todos los ingredientes hasta que queden todos triturados y mezclados de manera homog\u00e9nea.<br \/>\n5.
