Su forma de comunicar, una iron\u00eda de principio a fin est\u00e1 tan sabiamente construida que nos hace dudar en algunos momentos sobre si realmente lo que quiere es que aprendamos como ser m\u00e1s infelices .\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Watzlawick empieza el libro poniendo algunos ejemplos para convencernos de las virtudes de la desgracia, compara el fabuloso infierno de Dante con su aburrido Para\u00edso o nos muestra como el despojar a los animales salvajes de sus peligros y mantener cubiertas sus necesidades en vez de hacerlo felices los hace desgraciados (el zoo) <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A partir de esta hip\u00f3tesis inicial nos da una serie de consejos para ser m\u00e1s desdichados, y para huir de la felicidad si se nos acerca. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A medida que va desarrollando su \u00abmanual para ser desgraciado\u00bb vamos d\u00e1ndonos cuenta que muy menudo estamos haciendo lo que el con gran habilidad describe. Aferrarnos al pasado, imaginar lo que los dem\u00e1s est\u00e1n pensando sobre nosotros (delicioso el ejemplo del martillo) \u00a0, quejarse, alargar los problemas. Os dejo aqu\u00ed un fragmento del cap\u00edtulo que habla del pasado a modo de ejemplo:\u00a0\u00abotra ventaja de aferrarse al pasado est\u00e1 en que no deja tiempo para ocuparse del presente.
