Alimentos alcoh\u00f3licos, fermentados y demasiado picantes \u00a0deben ser evitados. Las personas Pitta no deben tomar caf\u00e9, pues su acidez no les favorece, pueden substituirlo por t\u00e9 de hierbas como la menta, ra\u00edz de regaliz o de otro tipo hierba calmante.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Vata<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Alimentos como la leche caliente, nata, mantequilla, sopas calientes, guisos, cereales calientes, pan reci\u00e9n hecho, fruta madura, frutos secos salados, son buenas para equilibrar Vata. El desayuno es muy importante para las personas Vata. Estas pueden a\u00f1adir cereales calientes como el \u201cporrige\u201d de arroz o de avena, cualquier alimento caliente, leche y sabores dulces en el desayuno. Los Vata deben evitar bebidas con alto contenido de cafe\u00edna en lugar de ellos pueden optar por t\u00e9 de hierbas. Comida picante mexicana o india que se cocinan en buen aceite tambi\u00e9n es buena para la gente Vata. Por otro lado los alimentos fr\u00edos como ensaladas, bebidas heladas y verduras crudas no son muy buenos para las personas con desequilibrio del Vata. Deben evitar comer dulces, frutos secos y frutas verdes en exceso.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Kapha<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kapha es todo elemento agua, lo que influye en los aspectos fuertes y h\u00famedos del cuerpo. Para mantener el equilibrio caliente en Kapha, son buenos los alimentos secos, cocinados con poca agua y un m\u00ednimo de grasa. Se debe aumentar el uso de sabores picante, amargo y astringente. La gente Kapha debe consumir cierta cantidad de az\u00facar, aceite y sal. Verduras ligeramente cocidas, frutas y vegetales crudos son los m\u00e1s beneficiosos para Kapha. La persona Kapha, por lo general, tiene una tendencia a comer en exceso que debe ser controlada, ya que tienen tendencia al aumento de peso debido a la lenta digesti\u00f3n. Cualquier comida picante es buena para Kapha, como la comida mexicana o india muy caliente, especialmente en invierno. La comida principal para una Kapha debe ser en la mitad del d\u00eda y por la noche es aconsejable una comida ligera (plato \u00fanico).
