{"id":408,"date":"2015-06-23T00:28:52","date_gmt":"2015-06-22T23:28:52","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/patimenssanaincorporesano.com\/?p=408"},"modified":"2016-05-02T10:13:37","modified_gmt":"2016-05-02T08:13:37","slug":"sentar-mente-en-el-sofa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diatradisson.com\/mens-sana-in-corpore-sano\/2015\/06\/23\/sentar-mente-en-el-sofa\/","title":{"rendered":"Sentar mente en el sof\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Funciones de final de curso de los nietos, comuniones , declaraci\u00f3n de la renta, cenas antes de verano con sus amigas\u2026 mi madre est\u00e1 un poco desbordada estos d\u00edas , y dice que m\u00e1s que descansar el cuerpo necesitar\u00eda poder descansar tambi\u00e9n la mente como si la sentara tambi\u00e9n un rato en el sof\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Esa frase describe muy bien la sensaci\u00f3n que tengo cuando medito, como si la mente descansara sentar\u00e1 en un c\u00f3modo y mullido sof\u00e1 y todo el agotamiento que produce el flujo constante de pensamientos despareciera.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todo el mundo ha o\u00eddo hablar de la meditaci\u00f3n, pero muy poquitos, solo los que la practicamos, tenemos una idea concreta de lo que es. Poner la mente en blanco, no pensar en nada.. es lo que la gente suele creer ..y eso ser\u00eda una forma de expresar su objetivo final pero no la pr\u00e1ctica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La meditaci\u00f3n es un estado al que se llega por diferentes t\u00e9cnicas, t\u00e9cnicas de concentraci\u00f3n que lo que buscan es entrenar a nuestra mente para estar centrado en el presente y para darse cuenta de que est\u00e1n distra\u00eddos y volver al \u201caqu\u00ed y ahora \u201clo m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido posible.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuestra mente es por tendencia natural dispersa, damos vueltas la pasado y anticipamos el futuro , y eso es lo que nos provoca tensi\u00f3n, stress, preocupaciones\u2026 No se si alguna vez hab\u00e9is tenido esa sensaci\u00f3n de p\u00e1nico ante un examen, una vez estas ah\u00ed, sentado en tu mesa con el papel delante, la tensi\u00f3n que ten\u00edas antes, se diluye y la realidad es mucho m\u00e1s tranquilizadora. Las personas m\u00e1s eficaces son aquellas que est\u00e1n 100% centrados en lo que hacen en cada momento, mentes como la de Rafa Nadal a la que le da igual si va perdiendo o ganando, cada pelota que est\u00e1 jugando es su \u00fanica realidad, por eso es capaz de las remontadas y haza\u00f1as a las que nos tiene acostumbrados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pues igual que se entrena el rev\u00e9s o el saque, se entrena la mente para estar centrada, tan solo con 10 minutos al d\u00eda notar\u00e1s grandes cambios.
