Y a nuestra mente se le puede ense\u00f1ar por lo que si practicamos con constancia veremos que poco a poco se va acostumbrando a estar m\u00e1s centrada, estaremos m\u00e1s descansados y sobretodo menos estresados. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Si ten\u00e9is la sensaci\u00f3n de que vuestra cabeza no para en todo el d\u00eda.
