Si lo resumiera dir\u00eda que cambia la relaci\u00f3n con tu cuerpo, empiezas por observarlo, fijarte en como funciona, como se alinea, como respira , donde tiene tensiones y donde no; poco a poco vas ganando conciencia corporal y casi sin darte cuenta lo que antes era simplemente un envoltorio, un veh\u00edculo, una herramienta, se vuelve un compa\u00f1ero al que conoces, entiendes y eres capaz de cuidar.<\/p>\n<p>El yoga te proporciona tambi\u00e9n enormes avances en \u00a0flexibilidad, fuerza, coordinaci\u00f3n, pero en mi opini\u00f3n el gran beneficio en el plano f\u00edsico es esa nueva convivencia con tu propio organismo.<\/p>\n<p>En el plano mental te proporciona calma, pero \u00bfcomo?; llevando nuestra atenci\u00f3n al momento presente hacemos que el flujo constante de pensamientos que nos provocan preocupaciones cese. Te concentras en cada asana (postura de yoga) en como colocar la rodilla sobre el tobillo, como alinear las caderas, abrir el pecho, inhalar y exhalar y vas dejando fuera todos os pensamientos que no tengan que ver con lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo en cada instante. Cuando eso sucede en tu clase, sales de ella con una sensaci\u00f3n de descanso mental muy diferente a las que conoc\u00edas, y a medida que sigues practicando y empiezas a trabajar con tu respiraci\u00f3n y a meditar, tu mente se educa en estar cada momento en el presente y estas mucho m\u00e1s centrado y en calma durante todo el d\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>El efecto del yoga no solo lo sientes t\u00fa, tambi\u00e9n tu entorno al estar t\u00fa m\u00e1s tranquil@ y de buen humor ayudas a los dem@s a estarlo tambi\u00e9n.
