Y\u00a0quien dice infierno dice vida infeliz e insatisfecha. Lo cierto es que cada vez que dejamos a medias alg\u00fan reto u objetivo nuestra autoestima se resiente. Y cuantas m\u00e1s intenciones no satisfechas acumulamos, m\u00e1s gris e infeliz se vuelve nuestra vida.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Las personas m\u00e1s felices son aquellas que sienten que alcanzan y superan los retos y desaf\u00edos que les plantea la vida o los que se plantean ellas mismas. Es lo que muchos llaman \u00ab<strong>realizarse en la vida<\/strong>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">El ser humano tiene necesidad de sentir que avanza, progresa, mejora&#8230; <strong>para ser feliz<\/strong>. Por eso es tan habitual que tengamos ilusiones, nos planteemos retos y fijemos objetivos cada cierto tiempo. La clave es hacerlo poniendo cabeza y coraz\u00f3n a partes iguales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">Elige tus prop\u00f3sitos con garant\u00eda de \u00e9xito: Piensa tambi\u00e9n en el <em>c\u00f3mo<\/em><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Lo primero de todo es entender que <strong>\u00ab\u00e9xito\u00bb no siempre est\u00e1 relacionado con el resultado final<\/strong>, sino m\u00e1s bien con el proceso.
