Si no lo tienes muy claro,\u00a0ell\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/diatradisson.com\/mens-sana-in-corpore-sano\/2018\/06\/14\/te-gustaria-meditar-no-sabes-donde-empezar\/\">mi primer art\u00edculo sobre como ponerte a meditar<\/a>.\u00a0Y para motivarte a empezar: \u00bfsabes cuales son los beneficios de la meditaci\u00f3n comprobados cient\u00edficamente? Hoy te enumero los principales.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Como buena hija de m\u00e9dico, mi parte racional domina naturalmente a la emocional, por ese motivo no te voy a hablar de c\u00f3mo me ha sentado a m\u00ed, de c\u00f3mo le sienta a mis alumnos, ni de c\u00f3mo <strong>te puede literalmente cambiar la vida<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Te voy a comentar los resultados de un estudio llevado a cabo en la universidad de Wisconsin\u00a0junto con otras 19 universidades m\u00e1s, donde se analizaron cerebros de meditadores y m\u00e1s de 10.000 horas de pr\u00e1ctica meditativa. Y esto es lo que concluyeron los cient\u00edficos responsables de la investigaci\u00f3n sobre los beneficios de la meditaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A nivel m\u00e1s general, <strong>la meditaci\u00f3n mejora la salud<\/strong>, tanto f\u00edsica como mental como emocional. Veamos porque:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A nivel f\u00edsico:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mejora la calidad del sue\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<li>Contribuye a la relajaci\u00f3n muscular.<\/li>\n<li>Disminuye la presi\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea.<\/li>\n<li>Influye sobre una mol\u00e9cula (la telomerasa) que contribuye a reducir la mortalidad de las c\u00e9lulas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A nivel mental:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Mejora la concentraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Aumenta la memoria.<\/li>\n<li>Facilita una mente relajada.<\/li>\n<li>Disminuye la ansiedad y la depresi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A nivel emocional:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Disminuye el miedo gracias a el efecto en\u00a0el \u00e1rea del cerebro donde se desarrolla esta emoci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Aumenta la empat\u00eda y la compasi\u00f3n, debido al efecto tambi\u00e9n sobre las \u00e1reas implicadas a esos sentimientos.<\/li>\n<li>Mejora la percepci\u00f3n de uno mismo, la consciencia personal.<\/li>\n<li>El estado an\u00edmico se positiviza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los beneficios de la meditaci\u00f3n \u00a0se empiezan a percibir a las pocas semanas de iniciarte en ella y son uno de los mejores regalos que te puedes hacer a ti mismo\/a.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Imag\u00ednate cambiar tu vida s\u00f3lo con 10 minutos al d\u00eda de sentarte y centrar tu atenci\u00f3n en la respiraci\u00f3n&#8230; No dejes pasar m\u00e1s el tiempo, <a href=\"https:\/\/diatradisson.com\/mens-sana-in-corpore-sano\/2018\/06\/14\/te-gustaria-meditar-no-sabes-donde-empezar\/\"><strong>\u00a1empieza ahora!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>*\u00a0Fuente:\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investigacionyciencia.es\/\">Investigaci\u00f3n y Ciencia<\/a>,\u00a0 edici\u00f3n espa\u00f1ola de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.scientificamerican.com\/?shunter=1465965074334\">Scientific American<\/a>.
