{"id":917,"date":"2020-05-10T13:27:09","date_gmt":"2020-05-10T11:27:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diatradisson.com\/mens-sana-in-corpore-sano\/?p=917"},"modified":"2020-05-10T14:05:56","modified_gmt":"2020-05-10T12:05:56","slug":"917","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diatradisson.com\/mens-sana-in-corpore-sano\/2020\/05\/10\/917\/","title":{"rendered":"Mandalas, arte y concentraci\u00f3n a tu alcance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada vez o\u00edmos hablar m\u00e1s de mandalas, libros para colorear , dise\u00f1os en instagram&#8230; \u00bf pero que son realmente ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mandala (o m\u00e1ndala) es un t\u00e9rmino de origen s\u00e1nscrito que significa c\u00edrculo. Este diagrama simb\u00f3lico , se ha utilizado tanto el budismo como el hinduismo con una finalidad espiritual durante muchos siglos<br \/>\nRepresenta la estructura del Universo y del ser humano replicando el macrocosmos, en todos ellos, independientemente de la tradici\u00f3n religiosa o la \u00e9poca vemos como el universo evoluciona desde un punto central llamado bindu que representa la esencia. Podemos encontrar tambi\u00e9n en el hinduismo los yantras, que pueden parecernos similares a las mandalas que se utilizan en practicas meditativas profundas pero no vamos a extendernos hoy en ese \u00e1mbito.<br \/>\nVolviendo a las mandalas, vemos que han cobrado en los \u00faltimos tiempos un papel muy relevante como t\u00e9cnica de concentraci\u00f3n y relajaci\u00f3n y es en lo que me voy a centrar hoy.<br \/>\nHemos hablado bastantes veces en este blog de la meditaci\u00f3n y de c\u00f3mo busca a trav\u00e9s de t\u00e9cnicas de concentraci\u00f3n llevar la mente al presente y dejar fuera los pensamientos que nos disturban sobre el pasado y el futuro. Si las t\u00e9cnicas tradicionales de meditacion te resultan a priori complicadas, puedes utilizar las mandalas como primer paso.<br \/>\nTenemos dos opciones, o colorear mandalas o crearlas , las dos opciones nos permiten practicar concentraci\u00f3n y serenar nuestra mente. En ambos casos lo que tenemos que hacer al margen de la parte creativa es centrarnos en el trabajo que estamos desarrollando mientras dibujamos o coloreamos y cuando observemos un pensamiento que no tiene que ver con lo que estamos haciendo , cortar el vinculo con el lo antes posible y volver al papel. Resulta m\u00e1s sencillo de lo que parece concentrarse mientras mandaleas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Coloreado de mandalas:<\/strong><br \/>\nNecesitas l\u00e1pices de colores o rotuladores y una plantilla. Puedes comprar un libro de mandalas , aqu\u00ed os dejo un link de amazon, pero los ten\u00e9is en todas partes. Yo que soy de mente inquieta, los prefiero de dise\u00f1os peque\u00f1itos, si eres m\u00e1s paciente puedes buscar dibujos con trozos m\u00e1s grandes para colorear. Yo empece a hacerlas 100% a mano, sin compas ni guias. Dejando volar mi imaginaci\u00f3n y aunque mi trazo no es muy perfecto, los resultados son bonitos y muy personales, y sobre todo.. relajan mucho.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0
