La Resiliencia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00abLa\u00a0<b>resiliencia<\/b>\u00a0es la capacidad de los seres humanos para adaptarse positivamente a las situaciones adversas. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Resiliencia no es una palabra que se utilice a menudo, pero quiz\u00e1s es una de las cualidades m\u00e1s potentes que tenemos como seres humanos. Una de las cosas que la hace m\u00e1s especial es que\u00a0 normalmente ni nos damos cuenta de que se ha activado. Algo cambia y sin darnos cuenta , nos hemos adaptado, con m\u00e1s o menos dificultad seg\u00fan la circunstancia , pero por lo general acabamos adapt\u00e1ndonos.<\/p>\n<p>Si fu\u00e9ramos m\u00e1s conscientes de esta maravillosa capacidad que tenemos, estoy segura que tendr\u00edamos mucho menos miedo, y no anticipar\u00edamos tanto sufrimiento con situaciones que si llegan, manejamos mucho mejor de lo que hubi\u00e9ramos imaginado.<\/p>\n<p>Podemos poner muchos ejemplos de resiliencia, el m\u00e1s reciente es sin duda la pandemia que nos est\u00e1 afectando y como nos hizo cambiar nuestros h\u00e1bitos a todos, de un dia para otro y que paso? nos adaptamos. Ahora volvemos a salir a la calle y nos acostumbramos a ponernos gel en las manos, a saludarnos chocando los codos o a llevar una mascarilla en el bolso o puesta.\u00a0\u00a0Es cierto que esta situaci\u00f3n ha dejado muchos ejemplos pero si analizas tu propia vida, encontrar\u00e1s que te has adaptado a muchas m\u00e1s cosas.<\/p>\n<p>Te quedas sin trabajo, la pareja te abandona, en el momento te parece que el mundo se acaba, y el miedo te invade pero no sabes como, pero sales y al cabo del tiempo miras atr\u00e1s y te sorprendes de lo bien que te adaptaste a la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Yo he vivido\u00a0varias situaciones en las que me he sorprendido de mi resiliencia, no puedo incluir en el paquete a p\u00e9rdidas personales que\u00a0llevan su propio proceso, de duelo e integraci\u00f3n m\u00e1s largo y doloroso, pero s\u00ed otras en las que me he sorprendido gratamente de mi capacidad de adaptarme.<\/p>\n<p>Hace 5 a\u00f1os sufr\u00ed un desprendimiento de retina, de un dia para otro (literalmente) pase de hacer vida normal a estar tumbada boca abajo con un ojo tapado y sin poder levantar la cabeza durante&#8230;. 20 d\u00edas!!! Yo hiperactiva total !!! sin poder hacer deporte, ni salir, ni leer !!! sobretodo sin leer !! &#8230; pues me adapt\u00e9, medit\u00e9 mucho,\u00a0 escuche audiolibros y converse con quien me ven\u00eda a visitar: durante 20 d\u00edas..<\/p>\n<p>No menospreciemos nuestra capacidad de adaptarnos, cuando hay algo\u00a0cambia y es ajeno a nuestro control lo mejor que podemos hacer es confiar en nuestra resiliencia y ver de que forma podemos adaptarnos y fluir con la situaci\u00f3n, enfrentarnos a batllas que no podemos ganar&#8230; no sirve de nada, solo nos agota.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Resiliencia, esa capacidad oculta que aparece cuando menos te lo esperas y te ayuda a adaptarte a las situaciones desconocidas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10,"featured_media":961,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[1],"tags":[8,9,40,297,301,101,192,300,233,243],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.10 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/wordpress\/plugins\/seo\/ -->\n<title>Ense\u00f1anzas 2020 : 2.
