Mientras tanto, aplasta en un mortero el azafr\u00e1n y la sal hasta obtener un polvo fino.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Para hacer la mantequilla con especias, coloca la mantequilla y el aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n y cocina las chalotas lento durante unos 10 minutos, hasta que se ablanden.
