OATMEAL COOKIES
Ingredients:
40 g whole oat flour
120 g oat flakes
60 ml of extra virgin olive oil
40 g of brown whole cane sugar
1 whole egg
1 pinch of salt
½ teaspoon (3-3.5 g) baking powder
Optionally you can add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, ground or chopped hazelnuts, chocolate chips …
Elaboration:
Mix all the ingredients very well by hand in a bowl until they form a homogeneous mass. Preheat the oven to 180-200 ºC. To form the cookies, it must be considered that the dough is sticky. It is advisable to make small balls and then crush them until they are fine. Place the cookies on the baking sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes. Take them out of the oven, let them cool and they are ready! They keep very well in a tightly closed jar.
